- Discussion of investigation process by SFS and its recommendation 029 N
- MTO cases and occurrences cause analysis with practical problem solving

The course was developed and based on the "Partnership for security" best practices 029 N. The course will give participants a good basis for understanding the different steps in investigation process.
Participants will receive an introduction to the method of implementation of MTO incident cause analyses. MTO, Human Technical Organization, is a method used to systematize events and to identify the various reasons why such an incident occurred.
After completing this safety training
The course will provide participants with a basic introduction to the method of accident investigation according SFS recommendation 029 N.
Participants will also be able to use MTO as a tool to complete investigations.
In addition to practical experience the course should give participants enough skills to lead an investigation of an incident and or an accident with high potential.

Assessment criteria
The participants will be assessed during all practical training.
After completing the training, the participans will have to complete a theoretical test.

Courses are offered in our locations in Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund, Kristiansund and Grimstad.

Attendance
All our courses start at 10.00 on the first day of the course unless otherwise is stated in the course confirmation. The remaining days course starts at 08.30.

Clothing
All course participants must bring woolen underwear or underwear that is not synthetic.
Lunch
Lunch is included in the course price and is served every day.
