Creating a Culture of Inclusion: Our 2023 QSHE Campaign for Diversity

Our dedication to QSHE is evident through our extensive poster campaigns across all of our locations from HQ in Lura to the most northern location in Kristiansund.

These posters serve as visible reminders of the importance of maintaining a safe and secure workplace. Through clear communication and information about QSHE requirements and guidelines, we contribute to creating a work environment where all employees are aware of potential hazards and take responsibility for their own and others' safety.

All of the QSHE campaigns are part of the ResQ ACT campaign, which is part of a broader effort to promote inclusion and diversity in the workplace and society. We take pride in our numerous initiatives that focus on our work environment and the community around us.

This diversity campaign is the fourth in a series of initiatives we have launched so far. The campaign aims to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion. We want everyone to feel welcome and respected while at ResQ. This is why the campaign includes activities and events that promote diversity and inclusion.

Through this campaign, we encourage all those at ResQ to feel welcome and to take responsibility for being inclusive and accepting of differences and diversity. We believe that diversity is a strength and that different perspectives and experiences can help us develop and tackle challenges more innovatively and creatively. We work diligently to create an inclusive and respectful work environment for everyone, regardless of their background or identity.

The diversity campaign is just one of many initiatives we have implemented to promote diversity and inclusion. We continue to evaluate and develop our initiatives to ensure that we create a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and respectful to all. We encourage everyone at ResQ to contribute to our ongoing efforts to maintain an inclusive and diverse workplace.
