Course Content

The course provides participants with knowledge of:

The function and role of the ARL
Effective communication
The content of situation reports and observation techniques

Participants will also learn how to extinguish small fire incidents and perform life-saving first aid.

The course is primarily based on practical exercises, including fire extinguishing, use of equipment, extinguishing techniques, and first aid.

Upon Completion of the Course, Participants Will Be Able To

Understand the function and role of the ARL
Establish effective communication
Understand the content of a situation report
Effectively extinguish a small fire using portable firefighting equipment
Apply observation techniques
Perform life-saving first aid

Course Validity

The ARL course must be refreshed every 24 months.

Course Location

The course is offered at our locations in Stavanger, Bergen, Haugesund, Kristiansund, and Grimstad.

Preferred date and location can be selected from the course list.

Payment Options

Payment is made upon registration or on arrival.
We also offer payment via Vipps or invoice.

Attendance

All courses normally start at 10:00 on the first course day, unless otherwise stated in the course confirmation.
On subsequent days, attendance is at 08:30.

Please always check the course confirmation to be sure.

Remember to bring valid identification.

Clothing

All participants must bring wool underwear or non-synthetic base layers.

Included in the Price

Lunch is included in the course fee and is served on all course days.
