Strength Test

Target Group

This course is intended for emergency response personnel with smoke diving duties.
Participants must have the required physical strength to perform smoke diving operations.
This must be documented through a passed strength test.

Course Content

The strength test consists of:

• 5 push‑ups wearing a 10 kg composite cylinder in a back harness
• 5 hang‑ups
• 15 squats wearing a 10 kg composite cylinder in a back harness

Physical strength tests must be completed every second year and are valid for 24 months from the date of the last completed test.
